The first EWC were shipped late 2005, so they have been out for a little over 6 years now.
The Second EWC was overhauled twice since having it. The first time I sent it in when I put a ding on the bezel. The second time was about a year later when I noticed some condensation inside the crystal (covered under warranty from first service). Each time it was sent in a complete service was done.

Completely normal, I had two EWC's and my current one has been overhauled twice. The rattle has been present since day one.

Had two, on your third, and overhauled twice? I don't understand, the watch hasn't been out that long and you have had your THIRD one serviced twice?
