Hi Marv,
Actually I was surprised not to see the Ref 1925 in the upcoming 'unique' auction as this watch truely deserved a good spot in it.
This watch is iconic, being the direct inspiration for the modern Ultrathin, nevertheless it is very little known (even at the manufacture....), and is a very low-production watch seldomly found on the market.
It is truely a classic IMHO (and your example is great ;-) )

If it had been in platinum, then you would have said that it is too small.
But, if it is not a problem for you, the modern MUT existed in platinum, with a superb blue dial, and in limited edition. Good hunt. Best, Nicolas.

Yes, it looks like you have a nice 1901, here. Cal 818 inside, form the Sixties. If you have access to your movement number, we could tell you, a bit more precisely, its year of release. Best, Nicolas
