First of all, Welcome here! Well, I will have to contact JLC to ask them which model is discontinued, without having to wait for the release of the new Catalogue, which will take time. In 2009, several watches were discontinued, and I don't know them all....

If this makes you any better, I personally think that a Reverso ideally should be a manual hand-wound watch, not automatic. Perhaps a Reverso 976 if you are tight on budget?

I know of an AD in London who can get one, retails around £6000 (in steel bracelet). Also there is a pre-owned one for sale in collectors market if that's of interest.
