I much prefer the verso dial of the Squadra WT than its recto side...
The other roblem with the Squadra is that it is a big ( very big ) and very thick watch.
Some wrists should be able to wear it, I'd say that a vast majority will be more comfortable with the EWC.
To try on the wrist, to make yourself a definitive decision.
Though, I would say EWC.

That Reverso is a beauty for sure, but I don't think it surpasses the EWC in any way. They are very similr watches in many ways, and they both have the cal. 75X family of chrono movements inside, which is a very good thing. The EWC will give you the versa...
