Just tried this at a JLC boutique event in Singapore followed by a small group JLC collectors' dinner. The green is very very nice ! Some quick live pics. I think if paired with a brown, grey or black strap it will look even better ! Green dial with green...

But it can reflect under intense light to look brighter of course. Natural look is dark olive green. As I age maybe I am less accurate though. My kids tend to say they see lighter colors when I feel it's darker. Caveat on eyesight here lol

I didnt get the blue tribute small seconds because I have too many blue dial watches. The burgundy is less easy to match my typical clothes colours. So the olive green it is

I asked JLC for a green dial variant of the Tribute Small Seconds model (via the London Boutique last summer). I do not claim the request to be original with me, and I suspect they were planning this item long before I asked for it, but still it is a watc...

I am a big fan of the brand and look forward to the new releases. Just been jaded by the ennui induced by their recent efforts.

...if one goes by the recent Morgan Stanley/LuxConsult report. I am of course a lone voice, but one who supported the brand steadily across the range over the years. Asking them to wake up may not win the argument for me but by them asking repeatedly for ...

It is more the audacity of JLC believing that new colors in the same watch every year will continue to impress collectors. The boutique called me about the greenie and I told them I wasn’t looking to complete a Reverso rainbow. Let’s wait and see what the... 

As collectors we must always expect more especially from grand maisons like JLC! I was pulling your leg when I said I was a dupe I happen to like the green to complement my blue Rio de Janerio Reverso. Cheers Robin

A nice follow on to the burgundy reverso. Will likely drop by soon to MBS to view in person. Like others, i still winder if there will be more releases in the 1931 tribute style, similar to the London, rouge, bleu, US, rio de janeiro and rama LE. Perhaps ...

In my opinion, even the official pics dont do justice. It’s mesmerizing to say the least. The green looks closer to olive green ala 5711 patek. Temptation to the max... already long waitlist. Saw the first 3 pieces for delivery, likely someone(s) in this ... 

I know the 3 amigos... always these 3... same 3 in Singapore with the Rio de Janeiro blue reverso :p
