Ah ! the Grande duo date is good too. the thickness is 10.7 compare to calender which is 10.2. not much diff. I suppose. Thedecision will depends on the price and availability. The duo date would be higher price . Any diff. with the movement ? Which is a ...

Reverso Duo date is no longer made, while Reverso calendar is still current. Why would a manufacturer stop a model ? Is it like cars, to up date ? Are there certain models that keeps going on. eg. 10 yrs or more ?

Hi guys I tried the grande reverso calendar and it is too large for me ! 48mm. I have to try the grande taille now. 42mm. What does TAILLE mean ? The duo reverso is also 42 mm.

The Grande Taille is a beautiful and understated watch, of course, I'll probably be biased since my GT has been my daily watch for the last 5 years. It's quiet, understated, amazingly accurate and just fits well. Good luck in your continued hunt. Richard

That is my plan, just getting one Jaeger. I have a Seiko, Franck Muller, 2 vintage GP, a PP Ellipse (gave to my wife, as it was too small) and a Rolex just date. Only got interested in watches because of a friend. Would love a Lange, PP and a Breguet. But...
