Jaeger-LeCoultre

Well, let's consider this

The home time is shown along with the day/night indicator on the front. That is sufficient to tell you if it's day or night at home (white dial).

Now if you travel or want to know time in a different place, flip the watch over to the away side. I keep mine 8 hours ahead (at GMT) because England is where my primary clients are located. I set that with the hidden pusher.

The travel or away side (black dial) time gets changed by the push buttons. The 24 hr indicator is exactly the same thing as the day/night indicator. The +/- dial tells you how far west or east you are from GMT.

The home side tells you when to call your wife. The away side tells you time where you are when you're away from home.

It does what you want, but on the opposite side of what you expect.
