Indeed the stainless steel ultra thin was just for you! I've not seen the 38mm with bracelet so far but it is supposed to exist.
The Compressor GMT has both second time zone hands so that the subdial works as an AM/PM indicator (on 24 hours).
It doesn't have the fast change bracelet, it is only for the Extreme models.
