Suprisingly, for once, I would say with date...
Why?
Because without date, it would have been to close from the MUT 38 mm.
And with date, it is strongly linked to the Geomatic.
But this is also my very personal take...

Yes, the hands are different, but both are protos, and the definitive hands will be like those on the Rose Gold model, on the last sde by side picture. Best, Nicolas
