It's one of the two reasons I didn't buy this watch. But even with the date window I still think this is one of the most elegant chronographs out there and I am happy for you. Thank you for the excellent wrist shot. Ruckdee

This year, JLC released the Deep Sea Vintage Chrono... 2 subdials and NO date... When dream turns into reality. Best. 666.

The watch would certainly look better without it, but on the wrist it doesn't seem to matter. Perfection is a difficult concept, somtimes we have to settle for excellence

Just seeing your photo give me a warm glow as well - it's a great wrist shot. The rose gold really gives the piece a nice warm, elegant feel - something that I don't usually associate with chronographs. Best Regards, Stephen.

Thank you kindly all! It is certainly a photogenic piece, but on the wrist it is pure magic I have nothing else comparable in the watch box. I have a couple of IWCs, vintage Heuers and a few Rolexes new and vintage. All much loved. This feels like a step ...
