A FANTASTIC value...
A tremendous value of a watch.
Pros:
1. Montblanc is a brand that's easily serviceable, with excellent customer service and multiple boutiques in many countries.
2. The price is extremely reasonable.
3. A perpetual calendar complexity at a mind-blowing price, from a high end luxury brand! If another lower-ranked brand were to produce a perpetual calendar, I think the watch from the lower-ranked brand would still have a higher price.
4. A very pleasant design overall.
Cons:

Do we still need an "Annual Calendar" class of watch? Especially when the annual calendar costs many times the cost of this perpetual calendar?

I am myself very partial to the Glashutte Original Senator 100-based perpetual calendars, and often have recommended the steel version to friends as a perpetual calendar "best buy", but, unless I am mistaken, even its current Euro list price is nontrivial...
