Hey, slow down :-)) You must wear it on your wrist and feel comfortable.
I admit it is a great watch - dream chronograph, indeed with Minerva movement. But I am still nor sure of the size on my wrist....
The 1858 Tachymeter is certainly a hot watch. It doesn't surprise me that it is sold out.
