I also tend to prefer the steel version, but the gold is just as successful. The movement is even more attractive through the gold caseback.

You are right, the big asset of this watch is its movement. But I find the rest very consistent, too, I mean the case and the dial. That's a big love affair. Especially in steel, for me, but I must say that the rose gold, as showed in your pictures, doesn...
