Amanico,
I had a repair to my Minerva Villeret 1858 13-20 Crono. I lost one of the push buttons, so it had to go back to the Minerva shop in 2012 to replace that one. They found that the movement had sufferd from moister inside and it could not leave the workshop without a complete overhaul. It took approx 6 weeks and the cost was at Montblanc Villeret level (Eur 1200). So very pricy. It is not an every day watch now any more and I only wear it on special occasions.
Now these last 13-20 movements where state of the art, handfinished and with tighter tolerances so this might drive up the price considerably. I expect that for regular chronograph movement the cost would be much lower.
Regards Wim
