One thing I noticed was your comment on the weight. While many Purists like the heft of gold or platinum in their regular watches, I believe the light weight is meant as a feature here - if you use the watch as your sports companion, where a heavy weight would be a burden

I gotta admit - it is super cool. And it is not even made by Montblanc or TAG. There will be countless compelling options in the coming years (if not months!).
