I had to pay to send it to MB Texas, and they will forward it apparently. Already a big difference from my recent AP experience, they log the watch into the system before anything is ever shipped, and then they send me a fully insured return kit. It is like they are looking out their window for the watch to be delivered, completely expecting it.
Hoping the 1858 comes back working as it should, and without any scratches on it...

It happened to me once; a brand new watch, dead on its tracks the second day no matter what I did to try and revive it. I took it back to my AD who offered me one of two options: return it to the factory and get it fixed ( long wait) or get a full refund....
