That would be difficult.
I was just thinking a chiming watch that would chime after each minute passed on the chronograph. Basically a chronograph that chimed each passing minute it was operating.
But your idea would be even more difficult and elaborate. The chronograph repeater, use a chronograph in the complete dark.
