Going back to basic Chronometry 101, like it says in the press release: the raison d'etre for a tourbillon was to fix the centre of rotation of both balance wheel and spiral relative to forces of gravity. OK...we just about managed to grasp that.
Then they separate the balance wheel (oscillating but NOT rotating) from the cage (rotating) in this new mechanism? Then, what is to mitigate the effects of gravity on the (now) fixed balance wheel spiral? eh? eh? What ? What?

47mm. The dial needs the space, imho, to show off the tourbillon
and to display all its complications well. That being said I was pleasantly surprised to see how well the Grande Regulateur wore on my wrist at the NYC dinner and it was a 47mm case. Cheers, Mike

in motion it should be a dream up there with haldimann, however, the pusher @ 8 o'clock could use a bit more magic nevertheless, i like the break out concept as it magnified the beauty of tourby in motion. cheers, Ed~

It would be nice to see something like that integrated. The Exo Tourbillon chronograph has a bit of a techno design to the dial so something less traditional design for the pusher would make sense. Cheers, Mike
