totally agree with you on the one out of thousands part but . .
what about after sales ? ?
wouldn't you expect at least some explanation or details as to what went wrong
so if it's a faulty part from the factory I wont be paying for it after the guarantee expires ?
I had similar situation with my car.
The dealership would repair the faulty part only to charge me for replacement just after guarantee ended!
Well what can I say . . in Greece you're better off as a tourist ! enjoying the beaches ! !

are manual winds, but every auto I have owned needed to be fully wound about once per week -- no matter how much I wore it during the week. Just because you are wearing a watch doesn't mean it's getting charged. D-Rock
