if you put it that way, I have to agree with you 100%. You're not the first who's not satisfied with the Panerai after sales service. A collegue of mine had a harrowing experience in Singapore. What I meant is that noone has the world exclusive on screwing up....

Both my PAM's
are manual winds, but every auto I have owned needed to be fully wound about once per week -- no matter how much I wore it during the week. Just because you are wearing a watch doesn't mean it's getting charged. D-Rock
