as MW mentioned the crown on the 233 does not stop, however with the power reserve indicator you can tell when the watch is fully wound. Also, the 233 emits a faint clicking sound letting you know that the watch is fully wound as well. I would assume that this is standard on the P2002 movement and that the 339 will have the same faint click letting the owner know that the watch is fully wound. I personally love the sound of winding all of my my watches and hold my 233 up to my ear and wait for the click to let me know that the watch is fully wound rather than looking at the PR indicator.
