A good deal is when both buyer and seller are happy with the transaction
I won't comment on the price since we don't discuss aftermarket prices here, but just do a quick search on google or ebay for your PAM104 and you'll see what the going price is for it. It'll give you a good idea on pricing IMO.
But in any case, I do think you're making the right move for trading up for a PAM24. It's a better watch IMO.
