For a titanium watch the 25 does not feel very light and the 24 has a very reassuring heft to it. There are days when I could do with a bit more shine as many of my watches tend to be brushed or bead blasted. In a more urban or professional environment, the 24 may have the edge as the polished case and crown guard gives it a more luxurious appearance. The shiny case also works very well with a variety of straps and can be easily dressed up or down and the smooth dial is lovely in its own way. On the other hand, the 25 feels quite toolish, almost boring at times with its fully brushed finish, that's for sure. Then again when the light hits the dial and the polished hands at the right angle, all is forgotten. The 24 looks good on you and it is a great submersible, the 25 is more of a niche product. If you are unsure I would go for the 24, you are unlikely to have second thoughts about the 25 whereas if you get the 25 you may still regret not having gotten the shiny 24. Good luck with your dilemma, looking forward to reading your update!
