Added a PIG to my stable...

Yes, its another Boutique Edition but this one to me is special as it commemorates my homeland.

I was born there and immigrated to the US at an early age. We still have family there and go back once every 12-18 months.

When the Boutique pieces were announce, I had some doubts as to the numerous LE being released by Panerai. However, having my homeland on the back of the piece made it a must have. And really, if the locale on the back means something to you, its pretty special piece!

Getting the PAM413 (one of 50) in Asia where "Panerai-mania" was in full swing was going to be difficult. And logistically getting the piece was even tougher as we were not planning on a trip to Taiwan (due to the upcoming baby) and the unconfirmed delivery date. But where there is a will, there is a way.

Heartfelt thanks to Chad at the BHB and Eva Ma at the Taipei 101 Boutique for the assistance and patience. This piece means a lot to me, and as cherry on top, it is numbered with my birth-date.

I finally had a chance to take some photos next to my 190.

Love the Base Luminor Case and the dial is pretty sweet. And I was able to add a PIG.
