I can certainly appreciate the dedication to curated sneaker collections, but besides my own fixation on Air Jordan 11 releases I can’t consider myself a proper sneakerhead. These are my most recent AJ 11s Retro Jubilee - 25th Anniversary, which dropped this past holiday season. It’s not a very flattering picture as it’s hard to tone down the patent leather reflections.
I have a spectrum of other color ways, but my favorites are the Concord, Cap & Gown, and Cool Grey.

However I’m not allowed to have Sneakers in the bookshelves, even if they are rare. I’m OK with that even if I don’t get it. You have to choose your battles to win wars.

Those were my original entry to AJs. They made it to stores in Europe for Christmas 1990 and it’s been a love affair ever since.
That specific pair in the picture are unwearable now, they are the original “Retro” release from the mid 2000s. The soles would disintegrate if worn.

Almost jumped on them, but I have a problem with the shiny midsole. I like more subdued earth colours generally so obviously also a big Yeezy fan . Probably an age thing with these earth colours🤣.
