However I’m not allowed to have Sneakers in the bookshelves, even if they are rare. I’m OK with that even if I don’t get it. You have to choose your battles to win wars.

I think my most complete current author shelves are the JM Coetzee shelf and the George Saunders shelf... though both of them write much (much) shorter books than Murakami does!

That specific pair in the picture are unwearable now, they are the original “Retro” release from the mid 2000s. The soles would disintegrate if worn.

Actually there are quite many differences but you have to know.

Almost jumped on them, but I have a problem with the shiny midsole. I like more subdued earth colours generally so obviously also a big Yeezy fan . Probably an age thing with these earth colours🤣.

I still keep up with the trends and I have friends who are passionate about sneakers and others who are in the business of buying/selling. My collection is mostly Common Projects now because they are quite versatile. I also do not like wearing some of the... 

On the budget side, I think we’re looking at a different $$ altogether. And the chase for that particular model is a nice thing. Thanks for liking the Dark Mochas. Being in the coffee business I just had to get them, even if I had to pay almost triple ret...

I was still wearing short pants Lollllll Bit different for Panerai watches (not JUST watches). The 249 was my maiden model BTW

I had another Panerai. But the thickness turned me off. That one is perfect and has just a different vibe compared to the newer California. I used to prefer the P3000 movement, which I still do from a horological point of view, but this guy has this pocke...  

Eventually I will give it to my nephew but not for a while yet lollllllllllllllllllll

I've already given him the 232 and the 249 would make a nice present for his birthday. He LOVES Panerais. I haven't used it in...years. I have a lot of Panerais (I haven't used or bought a different brand of watches in 20 years) and can't use them all any...
