if you do a google search for "PAM 360" you will better understand the fiasco that was the PAM 360. having witnessed the debacle first hand I can confirm that while the 360 was positioned as a community watch, the site heads had produced a secret list with the names of preselected insiders. At the end of the day only a very small handful were ever available for "random selection", with the overwhelming majority going to the VIPs of the site. Now there isn't anything inherently wrong with the process, but many folks are bitter because of the way the 360 was "sold' to the masses as a community watch that everyone had a fair opportunity to own. IMO most folks who actually believed that were deluding themselves, but that's just my 2 cents. I don't think it's really worth while to get upset over a watch
