Hi Stephen, My heartest congratulation to you for this Superb Hictorical reedition timepiece. It's my no.1 favorite of all time. But I was told by my AD, they are not going to receive one! Sadly, well, I haven't given up, and I hope I will get it one day!...

I absolutely adore this piece, and I'm so pleased you were able to procure one! First the history behind this piece is astounding; secondly the movement is impeccable; thirdly after handling one in person I fell in love with the pleasant feel of the chron...

But it's very unique too, compared to the Egiziano. I just love it so much now! And in light of this, can i say it's much better on the wrist than the Egiziano. Ciao Stephen

Most guys actually got theirs before last Xmas, but OP faced some embarassing problems with the boxes....... I'm not going to complain on that one for sure! Stephen

Very unique Pam. So what type of blue strap do you have planned for it? What Rad is that pictured with it. Not the Cali dialed one. Looks to have a brown dial but display back...

Well, the strap that I have tomorrow planned for it is one that everyone here knows will make the watch truly mine. Nothing fancy, but something that is really strong. Ahh, i notice you have sharp eyes! That is the PAM 294, which was a special that Panera... 

perhaps the blue croc... Ah, now I remember that ref. Tokyo SE. Very nice. I've been evaluating the various 47mm Rads with 12-3-6-9 dials and this is a beaut. cheers

What else can i do but the Blu Croc ay?! As for the 294, it is NOT a Tokyo special reference, all the boutiques in the world got their quota for it. Only 3 out of the 49 came to Tokyo. I'm sure USA got more! Cheers and all the best in getting yours! Steph...

but it has to be said, the 300 is much too big on your wrist. The subset of the population that are Panerai nuts (like myself) will say it looks great on your wrist, but we can't see past the beauty of the watch. for those who believe it is a subjective p...
