I'm not so sure if it's really that
straight forward given those caseback are mostly screw on caseback. I looked at a lot of my Panerai and have yet to see one w/ perfectly lined up text (Vertically and horizontally)

May I ask what you mean by "back case reverse up n down" ? Can you post a picture of your PAM288 caseback? It will help let us know what you are referring to. Best, Anthony
Do you mean the text on the back is not in a vertical position...

Here's the back of my PAM 288
You can see the text is not in a perfect horizontal position. But the back is in the perfect position for sure Best, Bojan...
