an overhaul of the brand image and distancing themselves, more and more, from stereotypes associated with Panerai. It's a fact that a Panerai it's still perceived by the majority of people...out there...as rough and tough, spartan, MANUALLY wound watches. I believe the management it's trying to convince potential new buyers that there are a number of..highly sophisticated, complicated models being produced. When the perception of the public, will be less..stereotypical..they might as well decide to do away with the offending "automatic" script. The same, I think, goes for the WR. They produce fine Submersible models and professional diving watches (a number of them, in fact). Why still producing ALL the models to please the...sperm-whalers..? If I buy a watch that I like A LOT and that watch can't survive a dive off a 3mt board, when I want to dive, I'll just take it...off
