You can search the result on Antiquorum's website if you really want to find out the hammer price. Check the 2004 year auctions and look for lot 215. For some reason, $90k pops in my head but I doubt that was the final price. Check their auction history to find out.
I don't know the PAM reference # for this watch. There's none stated in the catalog description.
