Panerai made a special Radiomir Tourbillon with PVD'ed tourbillon cage
for Antiquorum's 30th Anniversary many years ago. I played with the watch for a few minutes so I don't remember that much anymore.
Below are pics I saved on my harddrive. Forgot who took the pics, so I don't know who to give credit to.
And to answer your other question, I wouldn't be surprised if Panerai did release another model with PVD'ed movement in the future.
