IMO, just because...
...this great GTG happened in Shanghai, PRC, doesn't necessarily mean that fakes were bound to be present on the floor. Yes, being a person of Chinese heritage, I cannot deny (nor disprove) the allegation that the PRC is notorious for producing counterfeit products, however, simply linking this allegation to the fact that this Panerai GTG happened in Shanghai, so there must be fakes present is simply an illogical and insulting conclusion to anyone, not just the folks who attended this event. If one has an allegation to make, it's suggested that one has at least some form of evidence to prove it which stands up to the investigation of the moderators, otherwise one will be shot down very easily.
As the above had mentioned, we here are civil.
