I took few days off to attend a friends wedding in Bali and also took a short holiday there... I was also expecting to receive a package that my girlfriend carried for me from Singapore.. One of my grail : The fiddestro Why 217 not 127? I'm not a left-han...

Would you let go 4 or 5 modern Panerai for a Vintage??? Would you be able to reduce it to the essential? Headscratcher... I thought a long time about it, and the answer, is YES , for me. Best, Nicolas.

I know you've chased after the 217 for a while, now. Congratulations on your persistence and I'm sure you'll love it.. Now you've got to get youself a nice....Fiddy. After all, you don't want to make your 217 feel like an...orphan, do you??? hahahaha Chee... 

Along with the 249, it is my ultimate modern Panerai (that was still in my range) Now about the fiddy, I'm not sure if I want to get it... I got no love on the fiddy.. I'm not so sure why, maybe it's the "1950" wording", it disturbs me... But it's just my...

The 217 is an great piece! Really like the MM dial. Fiddestro paired with your 249 and you have a great Luminor and Rad combo. I also see that you have a very nice 292 with Pig and a nice 104. Great looking collection! Nice straps too from your GF.
