Lovely review and pics!
This is Panerai reinventing itself half-baked IMO. The Rad 40mm case is just too big for a creamy art deco dial, making the watch even looks larger, hence, not correctly targeted to the intended segment of new customers with smaller wrist size (maybe the reason for the limited production number). I’m unsure if the hardcore risti will go for this, even with the larger size since Panerai DNA is missing here,
Having bought a couple of Pams as a returning risti, the said watch doesn’t appeal to me. Even with the 500 enticeable production numbers.
The new Panerai CEO has a lot to ponder on for Panerai’s future direction. Including the penchant to issue two sets of dial for the same model which is becoming prevalent nowadays. It’s definitely not going to be an easy answer.

The case size is the biggest issue for me, just doesn't make sense. The dial has real potential otherwise, shame.

I like this three watches and i think it is a new way for Panerei. Only the hands and numbers from the black one need luminova old radium. The rest is perfect.

Unfortunately I'm not a fan of this art deco dial. It just seems odd to me. If I had to choose between the 2 versions, I'd definitely opt for the black dial though. The ivory dial is too much for my eyes. Cheers, Anthony
