The bracelet is under appreciated...

 

Hi all,

As this is my first post on the purist Panerai site, let me start by congratulating the Purist, Anthony and Alec on this new forum.

Got to say that I adore the bracelet.  In fact, it was the reason why I bought a Panerai in the first place.  And what's there not to like, from the seamless integration between the case and the bracelet (especially the middle "lug" that looks like an extension of the case) to the subtle expression of the crown locking device on the links.   The design is masculine and it sure looks good on the big screen, especially with the Rock and Pierce wearing one in the Rundown and After the Sunset, respectively.

Since I am not too crash hot about having too much bling, I have a preference for the brushed bracelet over the polished one.

Here's a quick scan of my 124.  Its been beat up and abused.

that Panerai make bracelets?!? I didn't know that! I thought they were always on some chunky buffalo hide or smelly old WW2 commando-issue canvas straps Or that true-PPPro (Panerai PuristSPro) fans always swapped their OEM straps..... Thanks for another t...
