...the sealing surfaces and o-ring grooves are not pitted or damaged, if the seals are replaced correctly, there should be no concern with any water resistance, well, not to any recreational depths...

Apologies for the late reply. I completely agree. You were the poor unfortunate whose SM300 fogged?? Fortunately, I have a watch-shop that will test my watches to 60m. Which is, to me, plenty enough for peace of mind for the depths I'd ever take them to. ...
