A satisfactory crown won't be a problem . . .
. . . as they can still be found in the stocks of independent parts suppliers. Hands are another issue; replacements I've seen aren't up to par.
Your best bet is to search eBay for a cal 352 or 354 movement from a scrapped ref 2652. These usually come with a dial, hands, and crown.

...the hands should be dauphin. I managed to source some calibre 35x dauphin hands that arrived today. I dropped them off at my watch repairer and hopefully I\'ll have the watch back at the end of the week. I will post some updated pictures then.
