If your movement is looking fine, no need to spend more money on it. I've had bent lugs straightened by one of my watch repair guys easily. Pair of jeweler's pliers does it. There is a small chance the lug will break, but yours doesn't look too bent. Two ways to handle the case: if there's not a lot of wear on the gold plating, some polishing with a Cape Cod cloth will do wonders. better if you can remove the movement & crystal from the case to get all the corrosion. I've used a buffing wheel on a few on mine, too. Use some Polywatch to buff the crystal if you want.
Ideally, you'd like a new seal for the case. I seriously don't see you having to spend much to at least make it a bit more presentable,
