if you want to have it redone there are a number of people who will pm you details of some very good dial experts.

originality is important, but there is a time when the dial is past the point of non return (obviously this is a personal point) and they then deserve to be treated to a redial. i'm sure you'll be able to find out what the original dial looked like and get it back to that. personally i think that is the best option.
