GIven the quality of MOD dials ......
.... this is not too bad. The MOD redials, when radium had to be changed to tritium, are of a similar approximate (and low) quality.
If you want to have the classic fat-arrow Omega 1953, just ask the dealer to mount the other dial. If it is just an enjoyable watch to have on the wrist that you want, it is not going to be of a much worse quality than the fat-arrow MOD redial.
At the end is a question of how you feel, and price/value considerations.
