I'm going to go out on a limb . . .
. . . with a contrary take to the assessments offered so far. I don't own one, but our local vintage Omega specialist dealer has many Cosmics, all of which I've seen in the metal. If yours is a refinished dial, then it's very well done.
The points made are well taken and very likely correct, but the print is so immaculate that it's difficult for me to conceive it was performed by a party other than one of Omega's. It might be a service dial; if so, that would explain the absence of visible aging.
At any rate, congratulations on adding another classic to your Omega collection. I remember your Connie well - that one is drop-dead gorgeous!

the dial being a well done repaint. The font of "omega" is too thick, the minute hash marks are a bit too far from the five minute markers and the subdial markings are bit off. Would want to see a face on high resolution picture to consider it a bit more....

These are really beautiful watches! Especially the referenced watch in the second photo. The thin blue seconds hand and seconds markers really contrast nicely. And I'm always a sucker for those larger more robust looking lugs.
