The hands on the watch you're considering might be service replacements, and it's even possible they're original. Unfortunately, I'm not in a position at the moment to be of much more assistance.
I doubt the hands now fitted are the same as when the Seamaster left the factory. But until I'm able to research more efficiently, I can't give it a clean bill of health.
