Hour and minute hands are probably replacements. Gold-capped and . . .
. . . not a 'sparkle' dial, so not enough meat on the bones to interest a serious collector unless it's inexpensive and you're willing to search for correct hands. Art

. . . but if I'm not mistaken original hands would have two troughs of lume, white nearest the tip and black nearest the pivot. The hands on the watch you're considering might be service replacements, and it's even possible they're original. Unfortunately...
