I like how your criteria and preference can narrow the choices down to two.
But I am very sorry I cannot offer you much in a way of information on the JLC caliber. I haven't owned it before and think you should copy the movement questions over to the JLC forum. The same applies to the lume intensity as well. While I have handled the MC and MC NS watches before, those were all in a boutique or event setting. I have no idea how bright they glow in the dark. It's time to recruit help from our JLC friends. There are quite a few NSA owners out there. It's a very successful watch among collectors!
