I saw this piece of Chocolate just about the time Omegamania
was going on. I passed on the watch because I though the price to be too high...
Once I saw the result of the bidding at Omegamania I called the seller to see if the watch was still available 
It was and luckily he new nothing of the auction. I bought and here it is.

Love the chocolate dial. big shame that earlier models dont go same colour
does anyone know what it is about the 1969 speedy that makes it turn chocolate when other models dont? if only the 105.003 went brown i'd be in a perfect heaven.

. . . and looks as though it's in pretty good condition overall. Please take extra caution when having it serviced, as you don't want to have the dial replaced by a watchmaker who thinks he's 'improving' it for you . . . regards, Art
