Omega: great watch!

Hello, The dial is beautiful and 100% correct for the CK2915-2. Unfortunately the Pic from Bills CK 2915 shows very little of the features of an original CK 2915 The dial is from an early CK2998. You can see that in the minute totalisator. Every 5 minutes the line is pretty long. All CK2915's have a

Omega: bezel correct?

Hi Cedric, a very beautiful CK 2998! The dial is in stunning condtions! Is it a -5 or a -61 or -62? Actually I do not think that the bezel is the old correct one. It is a later replacement bezel. You can see that at the size of the numbers and especially at the dot close to the 90. The orignal bezel

Omega: This is a very helpful article

Thank you Bill. I saw another difference which reminds me to the original and fake Seamster 300 Casebacks. If you compare the 'A' of the genuine and the replacement caseback in your pictures you will notice, that the original has a large flat area on the top. Not so the replacement. Best regards, Gu

Omega: that is my opinion too

I have a 176.007 with exactly the same looking bracelet and it was in Bienne with the watch for servicing. They serviced the bracelet and did not say that it was aftermarket or something. Mine is 22mm and says: Hecho en Mexico, 82, MArcas REgs, Omega; Holzer Ycia .SA, acero inoxydable Hope that help

Omega: 105.003 turns also brown

Hi, the 105.003 and even ck 2998 and 2915's can turn into a chocolate dial! I own a 105.003 with wonderful brown dial in superb condition. In the moment it is out for servicing the movement but I will post pics as soon as it is back. It is probably the most wonderful watch/dial I have ever seen I lo

Omega: 105.003 or 105.012 ?

but the strange thing is that in the text it says 105.002 and 105.003 and not 105.003 and 105.012 . Strange because IMO there was no 105.003 with the assymetrical case. On the other hand I always thought there was no 105.012 with PreProDial either. Ed White did the EVA in Gemini 4 on June 1965. I th
