Yeah you're right, but what's up with 71x movement?
Well honestly I'm still new in the vintage world.... I got a gold plated geneve 1020 to study about its movement and I'll do the same thing with this one.... Kinda attracted to its thinness and for US$214 I think it's a steal for me, but... Yeah...
So are vintage omegas are all about constellation, railmaster, seamaster and speedy? What about their geneve, dynamic, deville and the others?

. . . but there's nothing in its composition that stands out as retouched, much less fake. Looks to be of early '70s vintage; odd 71x movement. DeVilles generally aren't sought after by collectors, and this one in particular isn't likely to be on anyone's...

The 71x series are considerably smaller . . .
. . . than contemporary Omega movements; so small that spacer rings were necessary with case sizes that previously didn't require them. They were fitted to Constellations starting in the late '60s; many didn't have seconds hands, which is odd for a chrono...
