I would leave the dial as it is. This watch is actually has a 30T2SC ( not Rg) . This is a ck 2254 case ref, and was most likely produced in 1941-1942.
I like the way the dial aged. That was good purchase. Will you please post images of the caseback and movement .? Depending on the year of production the watch it will have a different style caseback .
