The sales lady unpacked the watch, I detected the scratch and then after that I wasn’t able to take another photo. So this „plastic shot“ is all I have for now.

Unfortunate event, but this is nice about being in person. Omega has a lot of great watches going for it these days.

And yes, Omega offers a lot. But for my taste, there are far too many different models and numerous slight modifications of existing models. It is not easy to get a good overview. From my point of view, the Workdtimer really stands out here. It looks very...

And yes, I think I will go for a „virgin“. 😊 Anyway, I will for sure close this deal before the end of January because of the announced price increases starting with February 1th.

That was what I also told to the sales staff. No they try l hard to solve the problem, then I would walk out of the shop and a few days later I would scratch the watch by myself. 😎 That would be the same result but a complete different feeling. To buy som...

On the other hand: what is waiting a few days compared to a perfect solution for years. I even considered having the watch polished a little and taking it with me right away. But then I just didn't want to have already polished the watch before wearing it...

This is a very serious brand , priced much lower than it could be, especially relative to competitors. Can't wait to see photos of it on your wrist!

The Sedna gold version convinced me. I also like here the wonderful contrast of the white dial to the the laser-made map. But a full gold watch with full gold bracelet would be too much for me. With the leather strap it feels more subtle.

Secretly, i love it more than the Omega.

For me it’s good enough. I do not dive into a pool with it. 43mm size is also good for me.

I always wonder why in general it isn’t possible to have a WR of 10 (or - that's okay with me too - at least 6) bar as a minimum standard for all modern watches. Is this really so difficult to produce?

Aqua Terra WT, it is a Seamaster. Other world timers are desk watches. Better said, it are business trip watches. Maybe sauna stream must be overwon. An other point why brands use a poor WR rate for world timers are the difficulties that come with sapphir... 

sapphire back is the true reason. Look for example: WR 300 m: WR 150m: WR 100m: ...

Indeed a huge universe. But I learned if you have clear requirements, what you expect from your travel world watch (features it must have for me like a WR of at least 10 bar and a PR of at least 72 hours), then the possible selection is rapidly reduced.

Dear Art, I will definitely go for the Omega Aqua Terra Worldtimer. And the rest of the watches in my collection won’t get nervous because they are used to grief. 😎 Seriously: I've allowed myself the luxury of actually only having watches in my collection... 

I tried on the steel version and liked it a lot. This WT takes a different approach, the time adjusts but the cities stay in the same place on the dial. I think that helps the watch price be more approachable. I hope a scratch less version finds you soon....
